Anna is currently an assistant professor of psychology at St. Mary's College of Maryland.

Much of Anna's research rests at the interface between basic social and cognitive processes, focusing in particular on the fundamental processes underlying attitude formation, attitude change, attitude measurement, and how attitudes guide behavior. The objectives of her work are to understand how attitudes influence various cognitive and behavioral outcomes, including information processing, judgment, and action, as well as to explore the relationship between implicit and explicit measures of attitudes.
